Ashley Creek is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood made up of 129 homes located in charming Matthews, North Carolina. Nestled off of Pleasant Plains Road approximately 2 and ½ miles south of charming downtown downtown Matthews, Ashley Creek is a gem in the greater Charlotte area.
Ashley Creek is unique in that it connects to Squirrel Lake Park and from there, to Matthew’s Four Mile Creek Greenway which is a series of walking trails that connect several neighborhoods to downtown Matthews. Ashley Creek is only minutes away from I-485, providing easy access to uptown Charlotte, the airport, and the greater Charlotte area in general.
This community is home to residents that come from numerous states and even several countries. A healthy mix of families with young children as well as middle aged and retired empty nesters call Ashley Creek home.
Ashley Creek has a homeowner’s association that is vital to keeping our neighborhood clean, beautiful and community centered. Through the work of the homeowner’s association board and accompanying committees, the community is able to maintain our entrance, host social events, community clean up events, home decorating contests, etc.
